Have you seen what hay is bringing? Even if the sorghum Sudan has the value of corn stalks, you'll still be money ahead than buying it. Grind it and mix it with some ddgs and you'd have decent cow chow. You will need to put N with the sorghum Sudan. The clover won't fix a lot of N this year, but it will have fixed some by the time you terminate after planting corn. I definitely wouldn't count on a majority of your corn crop needs coming from the clover. But there will be a hell of a lot more there than letting it grow up to weeds.
