South Central MN | I would think that depending on how much you put down per acre some should make it a little ways into the ground just from the liquid mix soaking in when it gets dropped on the ground. I have an inbetween mount fertilizer unit on mine and set the disk up as far as it would go, very few problems with them this year, just made enough of a channel to get the liquid in the ground 1/2 - 3/4 inch, should have soaked in a little further beyond that. Easy to find the rows if the weeds didn't get sprayed shortly after, everything greened up so it got down to where roots were. | |
