We will harvest it by hand using only the top with the buds, we have a cutter that trims the buds for processing, some of the trimmings get used. We have a state license. Yes we can sell to anyone. My son knows more about the details as I am just helping out a little bit. But being a retired farmer it's still interesting to me.
