Spray it! Load and go.

I would rather spray in the dew with the dew going off than in the wind.

Dew coming in at night is a no-no-no for me. Just my opinion. Inversion city.....

Will bet that those clover plants are in full open stomata mode first thing in morning..... Soaking up all that gly and 2-4d while plant is enjoying the cool dew.... About as perfect condition to kill a clover.
