Western Ky. | +1000 I have a farm in another county. This farm is in a very remote location. It has a lot of Ky. hillsides very prone to erosion. Has been notilled for many years. I have a wash that was started by someone doing donuts out in the field after I harvested the corn last year. For my part I would like to see laws passed here in Ky. making it a $10,000 fine and 1 year in jail for trespassing on property with any kind of motorized vehicle. I have no trespassing signs every where. My lawyer says if a kid breaks his neck on a four wheeler on that farm to get ready for a lawsuit. | |
