SC MN | Legally, based on labels, you would have to use Enlist One or Enlist Duo to do a burndown/preplant with Enlist soybeans in order to plant right into it. If you used LV4 or LV6, then you'd have to still wait the allotted time (usually 7 days, depending on rate).
