Have had Chamberlain and / or sears for years as has most of my family.

I put a chamberlain battery backup unit in.  It works when power is out and has wi-fi so you can open/close from your phone.  I haven't set up the wifi part.  It would be nice to open for someone when not around or if you're not sure if you closed it.
