ARM claims there was animal abuse at Fair Oaks. Presents video as proof of guilt.
Fair Oaks claims ARM were the abusers, present the evidence.
In a court of law you don't get to dismiss evidence without proving there is a legitimate problem with it.
Additionally, I'm not taking a random Fbook post that went "viral" as truth without some supporting evidence.
That last statement is exactly what you did.
Social media isn’t court. The ARM video would never make it to court for various reasons.
Present the evidence that ARM wasn’t the abusers.
“How it works” is that you found a video that confirms something you want to see, no now the video is gospel truth to you.
