| +1......that was my point I was making on the other board.....when you milk the cows, stay up all night with a heifer because of a potential delivery issue, take a sick calf into the warm house basement in the winter, etc. you have a better appreciation for everything, take care of it, and respect it. That is lost with these big operators and the chain of command, because even if the higher ups care, the grunts doing the work might not. | |
