Subject: Time to retire the Kingsford charcoal

Sw Iowa
Went to town for some parts stopped at ace hardware and saw Blues hog bbq lump hardwood charcoal looked interesting so I got a bag. Fast forward to supper I had to try my new fuel and did the deed with home grown Tbones. The results were something I have a four and three year old dinner time can be a test of wills, not tonight mom and I both lost most of our steak then they both went after the bone. It was fun to see the kids eat so well and I liked that the smoke was not eye burning and stinky. Think I will get a pallet of that stuff because I grill almost every day and the three toughest critics said do that again.
