Driving today taking a couple steers in to my processor I saw a LOT of very recently planted corn popping out of the ground. I have to think that corn popping out of warm moist soils soon after planting has some ADVANTAGES over corn planted much earlier and that has sat in wet, cold ground for close to a month.
