Star Prairie, WI | That I don't know, I've never dealt with potatoes on anything more than a garden basis.
Years ago I drove for the local cannery, sometimes we'd be picking sweet corn next to where they were digging potatoes, they'd let us come over and pick our own where the digger left some when lifting up at the end of the row. A couple guys would keep a few feed sacks behind the truck seat for those days.
