C IL | Spread that cost out over the lifetime of the tile. Match the cash flow cost up with the benefit. Money is relatively cheap right now, historically. Super easy to do through the district, as long as commissioners are progress-minded.
That’s how public works projects get funded, the money is spent up front and the benefit from improvement funds the repayment.
Lots of farmers are all ‘old, conservative farmer’ on these things and it costs them a lot of money, because they are always saving up but get beat up on pace of inflation (material and installation costs). | |
