Happened not to far from me.
He had an old cattle trailer hooked on behind the tractor. no safety chains. probably wrong size hitch ball or wasn't tight.
His first accident the "sun" was in his eyes and didn't see the car stop in front of him, which he ran into pushing it into the intersection and right in front of a motorcycle.
Check those safety chains
