True. And who actually uses safety chains on farm wagons? (I too would like to see a pic of the "trailer" in this incident).  But.....in 1975 I lost a dear friend when the hitch on a service truck pulling a portable compressor failed, but the safety chains held. The chain swung the compressor into the oncoming lane of traffic, into the path of my friend's car. She was killed instantly.
