Like similiar situations in the past, one has to ask where did the money go? I would think that some of it was salted away rather than stuck in the money shuffle.
Agree... Where is the money?
Was he playing in the markets? That can tan your hide in a hurry :)
Another thing that always bothers me.... When they levy those "fines, penalties, monetary
punishments" why doesn't that money go to the victims ?
Seems the powers that be make off with the first of any money available.
