Subject: What to do with a cow with a hurt foot... pic

Noticed one of my purebred red angus cows limping today... kinda just laying around all day then hobbling around to graze a little. I see no cuts and no blood but some swelling... she is putting a little pressure on it to walk. How would you guys treat? Just wait a couple days and see?
