1 bag 26 oz. frozen diced potatoes
12 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon ground mustard
1 14oz smoked sausage cut into pieces
Salt and pepper
16 oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese
Whisk up the eggs, milk, ground mustard, salt and pepper. Mix up the potatoes, sausage and cheese in the crock pot. Pour over the egg mixture. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
