Really it is Paris for Sue Veed, an old farmer can put meet in a plastic bag and drop in an educated crock pot with
touch pad that will Sue Veed or pressure cook...In a pinch, this old farmer can get something tender to eat whenever
necessary...Small chunk of carncrete or limestone to keep the bag from floating is helpful..

"They" talk about restaurants putting a special water heater in a 48 qt cooler and several small bags of meat, veggies,
etc in water that are near ready for customers as they arrive...Spoiled my taste for eating out..

The educated crock pot is the berries though...Sue Veed is nice, if one can get past the idea, pressure cooker will have
meat ready in 45 minutes tops...Without special burning the edges even..
