Have one and love it. Did pork loin and steaks this weekend at 130. Just put the pork on the grill on low to get up to temp and they were perfect. Seared the steaks for a minute or so a side on blazing hot grill. It’s really good if you just sear them with a propane torch each side. I have used ziplock, but prefer vacuum sealed. Got a middle of the road unit on amazon and a Rubbermaid tub and lid for the water vessel.
