Can't say for farmkind, but our Schulte 8'er will move fluffy, wet, slushy and previously moved snow like nothing. It will also launch cantaloupe sized frozen cow pies a good50-75'. Ours is strictly farm use, but when we were looking that is what we chose. I'd be looking at a heavy built reliable machine, even if it wasn't a Schulte.
