Yellow blossom sweet clover, Fixation Balansa, Hairy Vetch, Austrian winter Peas, Sunn Hemp would give a good combination of early and late nitrogen builders. We would recommend to include radish, sunflowers and buckwheat with some small grain like Rye to balance the C:N ratio. You do not need much. A rule of thumb would be to divide the full seeding rate by the number of ingredients to build the mix.
