Central Kansas | Does anyone know if there is a government program that will help pay for debris removal and Dozer work to remove sand bars and fill pockets in if necessary from the floods? Does the county have to be declared a disaster I wonder if that makes a difference? Water is still on my fields so I don't know what is happening underneath crop is gone but I'm really concerned about what the soi and surfacel looks like. | |
