In the last year July corn has spent about 11.5 months between 3.70 and 4.10 (not exactly 'cheap') and about 3 weeks less than 3.70 and most of those days were barely below 3.70, but there was part of 3 trading sessions that July traded below 3.50....so little time, so much to get done....
