MN | Yes, feeders adjust to the prices. They make decisions based on the market structure as they see it st the time. Changing crop insurance rules midstream to reduce planted acres is gonna mean less feed.
Why should they bear the bring of that decisions. Get the corn farmer to adjust , to “be encouraged to work with” a cattleman.
Everything comes back into balance of course after one party get hosed. Just saying why should livestock or end users be left holding the bag. But that’s ok, it’s how it is.
Just sell the livestock and go bid up the rents right? Wait on my govt cheese just like everybody else. | |
