MN | So, you want to make the soy/corn farmers whole by paying them to artificially reduce production. Even though they made the decisions to produce the product into those market signals?? While at the same time punish end users by making them pay artificially high prices? Even though they invested in cattle/eplants etc under one set of rules only to have those rules changed midstream?
So ... reward those making bad decisions to produce too much into big surpluses.
Punish those using the overproduced commodity ?? | |
