The manifold was cracked. 10 bolts came lose after warming the engine up. I cut the heads off the last 2. The will not come lose.
I have tried soaking them with pb blaster.
Hammering on the bolts.
Heating the bolts and melting wax into the threads several times.
1/4 in impact both directions.
Now it's soaking over night.
