Southern Nevada desert
All summer long 105* to 117* pulling a forage harvester and sometimes a little ground work, we never back off unless the engine temp gets near the red, then you clean the radiator good the next morning so you dont have that problem. Our 4440 will not run full power without heating at those temps. the 4560 never overheats ever even with the radiator half plugged (4560 just passed 17000 hours on the original engine and trans), the Soundgaurd's AC has no problem keeping up no matter how hot it is outside if its working properly. The 7800 and 7810 just barely stay under the red if the radiator is very clean, the AC is also very marginal at those temps.

The air density is a big factor in cooling capacity, quite a bit more cooling available at sea level than 5000'
I suspect humidity has an effect also, especially on the AC systems.
