I'm sure there are a few exceptions out there, but 95% of the tractors you buy should be able to stay cool with factory power settings and humanly tolerable conditions. If it doesn't, it means something needs some attention; slipping fan clutch, dirty radiator, etc.

Remember that a hot sticky day to you is only a hot day to the tractor. High humidity doesn't affect the tractor's cooling ability.
