Western Illinois | I am in west central about an hour west of springfield. Mainly grass and clover hay but will most likely start transitioning some of our hay fields to orchargrass/alfalfa as the time goes on. Last fall/winter outside stored grass hay was 55-60 a bale. Of course it was much higher in march as those were starting to run out. At this time we are pretty small but have aspirations to grow.
