Kansas City, Mo | Thanks for the replies. I switched to my 3/4 breaker bar & longer pipe, I got another 1/4 turn out of the bolt. Jacked it up & moved the wedges to the bottom as mentioned. Hit the bolt with a sledge & air hammer, nothing. Spun it around for the wedges at the top & let it down about half way so that there shouldn't be any pressure on the wedges. hit the bolt with the big sledge about 20 times, still nothing has moved. I've tried the big snap on air hammer with a long punch bit on the inner wedge, with the wedges up & down to no avail.
