Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | The globe that you refer to is the antenna. With the 132 and other members of the family, the "brains" are all located in the receiver enclosure not in the "globe".
If you can find a similar system you might be able to borrow an antenna and try it to determine if the antenna is in fact the problem.
The antenna used with the 132 is quite common - hopefully someone in your area will lend you one. |
