Subject: JD 7000 8RN planting height

indiana

I have had this planter for three years, first couple the planter frame would barely go low enough.  Bleed the cylinders of air, now it seems as it goes too low and my parallel are are not level but angling up.  What can be changed to make them run level besides picking the planter up slightly?  The planter is fully electric drive, no chains need to be engaged by the clutches.  Is the phasing cylinder messed up?  Also does not have any markers on it and marker cylinders lines are plugged.  TIA
