Central Western VA Mountains
My vote is JD w/ V10 rollers if you are down to those two. Don’t get me wrong, I think the NH is a fine machine and I think the 7000 series discbines are being replaced with freshened up models with new model numbers and I’ve heard there are some smokin deals on the left overs. I think the V10 rollers are great.

If the door is still open, you might have a look-see at Krone. Heavy built, great shear protection on ALL cutter heads, quick change blades and standard 2 point mount with swivel gearbox for tight chatter free turns.

We have a 9ft Krone 2801cv with impellers and are very happy with it - cost less than a JD or NH too. Krone has tons of info for a free download/read - brochure, owners and parts manuals for a look see.

Good luck!
