Who told you that, Graintrader? Plans mean nothing, you can change your mind. If you have eligible corn acres they can be used for PP. They will have to be certified at the FSA as PP corn.
Meeting I attended yesterday said each claim would come with it’s own “audit”. Said they’d need seed receipts and any input purchase receipts to prove intent
