I think this program was devised a month ago in a falling market and no trade deal signed. They had no more of an idea of this record planting delay at that time than we did. I know i am tired of planning how each day is going to go on my farm, with what hybrids or varieties, only to have the weather man change them yet again. Imagine doing that for the entire farming country.
It did not have the effect that Longshanks planned............
