| I hear ya on the corn. People are so used to looking at the weather map and seeing it raining cats and dogs. If it drops to half the amounts and coverage it will make them think we are drying out. I doubt SD will add any more acres of corn even if the rain stops completely and what is in will struggle, but Illinois, etc may keep on planting having a negative effect on Dec corn even though the farmers know conditions are not good. As of tonight my thoughts are if we don't take out yesterdays highs towards the end of the session I think I get out. I will then hope for a lower open Tuesday (and kick myself in the a$$ if we open a bunch higher). | |
