Planting a cover crop you won’t harvest probably shouldn’t?
Late planted forage crops that aren’t ‘normal’ cropping are a problem, would need to be better defined we know what they mean (no) but what is the exact language going to define that folk can get away with?
What to make of corn silage? Is it corn in the blueprint, or not......
