North Central Illinois | I'm afraid I have to agree. Everyone has been in a twist since it was announced there might be more welfare. Who knows how it will work out but to get all spun up and frothing at the mouth about it is a little childish. Now, on the surface it does seem like the USDA was not exactly true to it's word by saying that their offering would not impact 2019 planting intentions. When you stop and think about it though if someone is truly water logged and considering taking PP as a last resort will $50 an acre thrown their way by the government really change their mind? | |
