We did a used bin 8 years ago and another 20 years ago. You have to get the bin for free or nearly free. If you have to spend $.35/bu to take down, it will surely take the same amount to put back up. So you will have $.70/bu in labor. Add in all new sealants, bolts and some money for some things that will surely be damaged in the process and you will be pushing $.80/bu. Now you have to haul it and get the concrete poured. For those 3 bins you will probably get $40K in concrete. I priced a 75K bu bin last fall that came in at $1.21/bu. That was erected, with 2 fans, staircase, spreader, 10" power sweep and temp cables. It did not include concrete or electric.
