Have a 4720 with an erratic throttle. It never threw codes though. Was the main cable coming out of the armrest getting kinked when you hit a bump. Tied it up and out the way. Haven't had a problem since. Good luck
I had a pinched wire inside the armrest on an 8420. It could make me lose hydraulics, hitch, throttle, and or gear selection at random. No fun to diagnose.
