McCanna, ND | It doesn’t help that there is probably 50k of emission equipment on newer equipment. Plus the R&D that went into the emissions systems. Probably 50k worth of electronics as well. Auctions are about the only place I buy, they are true market value not bid/offer like dealer lots.
I’m just glad manufacturing practices are getting better all the time. That lets aftermarket parts companies have as good or better parts quality then OEM. I know for a fact I spend significantly more money with Shoup then John Deere. It’s good to have competition to keep the OEM parts prices somewhat in check. | |
