| On the one end of the clutch, there is a little dog that pivots on a bolt...and locknut...
This is made so that dog can move freely too and engage the one side of the clutch, so that when the arm comes in to stop the clutch from turning then it also ties up the one side of planter drive from turning backwards.
This is retained my only a 8 mm dia bolt..do its small...there will be 2 flange nuts, and this is how you adjust to take out slop or make it so it can rotate freely.
Make sure this is not all gummed up from oily chain dirt and that it engages properly...
