IDK but following that thought it would seem like if there is any aid NOT based on 2019 planted acres guys would be more likely to take PP and not push planting date as hard? Why wouldn't market be up if more aid would make guys not fight as hard to get it in? I have to believe the market is just taking a breather. Waiting on the next forecast or something.
