Most debris won’t make it through the intercooler usually. I’d have a turbo shop rebuild the turbo to check the balance or replace with a whole new unit. Replace or flush the intercooler as well and run it.

Those air restriction gauges are garbage. Took mine out and put a bolt with gasket goop and red loctite on the nut. Don’t need to worry about knocking it off now. Just change the filter every 6 months or whenever is appropriate

Edit: had the crankcase breather even been changed? Lots of seals get wrecked prematurely imo due to plugged breathers and it’s easy to overlook.
