I have that shift kit in my 7140. It is possible to do it, but personally, I won't do it. I use the inching pedal always because you're going from R3 directly to 7th gear. Thats a fast change from a fast reverse to a fast forward gear. I like it because you can pull it out of park and go directly into 7th gear. You don't have to go all the way down to 1st and go up from there.

Do you have a super loader, or are all P-12's wider in the frame? I had a M-12 and they weren't wide enough in the frame area to go on a Magnum.

Oh, and the shift kit can be bought through shoup.
