Has anyone ever run a double rolling basket over crusted ground to do the job of a rotary hoe? It would be much faster (45’ vs. 15’) and the jagged edge of the baskets seem like they’d do a decent job at breaking a crust. Maybe better, as I always have a hard time getting the hoe to penetrate in tough conditions.
