Subject: RE: Spiked closing wheels

Bunker Hill, IL
I put one Schlegel wheel and one Mohawk wheel on each row. I love the Schlegel and have used it in loose fluffy conventional till to firm no till and cover crops with too much moisture and no trouble in any of it. The Mohawk builds up with soil in marginal conditions and at worst it’s the same as a rubber wheel, but I like it enough to leave it. If I did It again I would buy two Schlegel wheels.
