Schaffert zippers work well to close the seed trench and destroy sidewall. They’re great in tacky soil. Get pretty muddy in mud conditions, still rotate, but slot some. We had spiked martins for years and grew tired of them not destroying the slot. Shaffert makes a great wheel we’ve had em 2 yrs with about 120 acres per wheel and zero problems with any of them
