Subject: RE: subscriptions will need updates .

Tuscola, IL
It’s July 1st for the United States and Canada. Update can be done anytime before or after. As far as the 750 goes, there is no unlock for it to perform auto guidance. The update is no different than any other firmware update. The only addition is the ability to use the new signal. If you get done planting before July 1st and don’t update until next planting season, you won’t lose anything. One thing I found recently, if your steering system was upgraded from a 500 to a 750 and you’ve been using a firmware version prior to V7.00, you could potentially run into cabling issues. The system I encountered had been updated to the latest and when the customer went to engage autopilot, he system never took over. Everything acted normal and no faults were triggered, but the tractor wouldn’t steer itself. Went back to version 6.00 (customer was using WAAS) and everything was fine.
